*Summary*
:
As the primary technical service lead for enterprise clients, you will:

Develop an in-depth understanding of client business scenarios and work closely with their architecture, development, and operations teams.
You will analyze existing cloud products and application architectures, and help design and optimize stability strategies for cloud-based operations.
This includes assisting with cloud monitoring, proactive issue detection, disaster recovery drills, rapid recovery/degradation strategies, and high availability architecture transformation to continuously enhance system stability on the cloud.
2.
Collaborate extensively with various client teams to handle issues, ensure operational safety, and manage risk from an architectural perspective.
You will also develop and share best practices and toolsets, and proactively deliver advanced, specialized services addressing key client pain points.

Track and manage critical client stability issues, continuously assist with governance efforts, and drive the improvement of Alibaba Cloud’s products and services.
*Requirements:*
1
. Over 3 years of experience in solution architecture, monitoring, DevOps, AIOps, maintenance, and high availability redesign for large-scale internet applications or enterprise systems.

. Familiarity with mainstream computing, networking, storage, and database technologies.

. Solid understanding of cloud computing products and underlying principles, with hands-on experience in usage and migration.
Experience
with Alibaba Cloud, or azure, or GCP.
Or OCI public cloud products and operations is a strong plus.

. Experience in cloud-native system architecture design and in planning and executing application and data migration projects is preferred.
5
. Strong communication skills, team collaboration experience, professionalism, and the ability to learn quickly.
6
. Demonstrated resilience under pressure, strong execution skills, and willingness to travel internationally.
7
. Proficiency in English for client communication.

. Cloud certifications are preferred.
