We are seeking an experienced
Program Manager
to lead large-scale cloud migration and modernization initiatives for our clients in Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will possess strong program management expertise, extensive stakeholder management experience, and a proven track record of delivering complex technology transformation programs involving multiple vendors, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams.
This role requires a self-driven professional who can independently manage client relationships, coordinate delivery teams, and ensure successful execution of cloud transformation projects with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end cloud migration and modernization programs.
- Develop program plans, governance structures, delivery roadmaps, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate multiple project streams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Manage relationships with senior client stakeholders, executives, vendors, subcontractors, and third-party teams.
- Drive program governance, status reporting, issue resolution, and executive communications.
- Oversee resource planning, budget tracking, scope management, and delivery quality.
- Facilitate collaboration between business, technology, architecture, security, and operations teams.
- Ensure adherence to project management and agile delivery best practices.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to ensure successful program outcomes.
- Support cloud adoption, transformation, and modernization initiatives across enterprise environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- **10+ years of overall experience**
- in Program/Project Management.
- Significant experience delivering technology transformation programs within
- Saudi Arabia (local KSA experience is mandatory)

- Proven experience managing
- cloud migration and modernization projects
- .
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing large-scale programs involving
- 10+ team members
- , subcontractors, and third-party vendors.
- Ability to work independently and confidently manage customer engagements with minimal oversight.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- **PMP (Project Management Professional)**
- certification or equivalent.
- Agile certifications such as
- SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- , or similar.
- Experience with cloud platforms:
- **Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – Preferred**
- Microsoft Azure
• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Experience working within enterprise digital transformation environments.
