Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Architect to lead the overall architecture, solution design, and delivery for Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
The role involves defining HCM strategy, guiding end to end module design (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Performance, Compensation, Learning, Recruitment), ensuring integration alignment, and governing best practices across implementation and rollout phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end to end architecture across all HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Performance, Compensation, Learning, Recruitment).
- Define HCM data models, security architecture, approval workflows, and global HR design principles.
- Lead solution design workshops, fit gap analysis, and architecture sign offs.
- Govern integrations using HCM Extracts, REST APIs, BI Publisher, OIC, and ensure proper data flow across systems.
- Oversee migration strategy (HDL, HCM Extracts) and validate HR/Payroll data quality.
- Support SIT/UAT, parallel payroll runs, cutover, and go live activities.
- Collaborate closely with HR Leadership, IT, and implementation partners as the primary HCM design authority.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and statutory HR/Payroll regulations.
Required Skills
- Extensive hands on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of Core HR data structures, payroll rules, absence plans, workforce modeling, and security.
- Expertise in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, HDL, and REST API based integrations.
- Ability to translate complex HR processes into scalable cloud solutions.
- Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
