- end‑to‑end architecture
- across all HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Performance, Compensation, Learning, Recruitment).
- Define HCM
- data models, security architecture, approval workflows
- , and global HR design principles.
- Lead solution design workshops, fit‑gap analysis, and architecture sign‑offs.
- Govern integrations using
HCM Extracts, REST APIs, BI Publisher, OIC
- , and ensure proper data flow across systems.
- Oversee migration strategy (HDL, HCM Extracts) and validate HR/Payroll data quality.
- Support SIT/UAT, parallel payroll runs, cutover, and go‑live activities.
- Collaborate closely with HR Leadership, IT, and implementation partners as the primary HCM design authority.
- Ensure compliance with
- security, audit, and statutory HR/Payroll regulations

- Extensive hands‑on experience with
Oracle Fusion HCM
