Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Dental Hygiene, Dental Technology, Dental Assisting, Education, Healthcare, Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in clinical or professional education, commercial training, sales enablement, marketing, dental technology, medical device, or a related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital dentistry and clinical workflows, including experience with one or more relevant technologies or disciplines, such as intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM, implant dentistry, restorative dentistry, or digital treatment planning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree or relevant professional or clinical credential
  • Experience working with dental dealers, clinicians, KOLs, universities, DSOs, laboratories, or dental sales organizations
  • Experience developing and delivering educational programs and supporting regional marketing campaigns, product launches, lead-generation activities, or other commercial initiatives
  • Demonstrated project-management, stakeholder-management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience collaborating across functions, regions, and teams within a global, matrixed organization
  • Salary: $108,000 - $132,550/Annually. The final pay for this position will vary based on geographic location and candidate experience relative to what the company reasonably anticipates for this position.
