Overview

Talentspoc is seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Care Clinical Psychologist with UAE experience and a valid driving license & DHA/MOH license to provide exceptional psychological services to clients in their homes.

This role involves delivering personalized mental health assessments, therapeutic interventions, and ongoing support to individuals who may have difficulty accessing traditional clinical settings.

In this position, you will work closely with clients and their families to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, promoting mental well-being and functional independence in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations in patients' homes.
  • Develop and provide individualized therapy plans focusing on mental health improvement.
  • Offer counseling and support for a variety of psychological issues including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and family members to ensure holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Manage scheduling and transportation to client homes efficiently using your driving skills.
  • Stay updated with clinical best practices and participate in professional development.

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.
  • **Valid UAE driving license with clean driving record.**
  • **Valid DHA/MOH license to practice in the UAE**
  • Proven clinical experience working as a psychologist in home care/Medical centre/Clinic/Hospital settings, preferably within the UAE.
  • Strong assessment and therapeutic skills across a range of psychological disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical practice standards.
  • Flexibility and reliability to meet client scheduling needs.
