Compounding Pharmacist (Cosmetic Focus)Job Description
A **Compounding Pharmacist** is responsible for preparing personalized medications by mixing, combining, or altering ingredients to meet the specific needs of a patient or client.
In the context of cosmetic products, the pharmacist formulates creams, ointments, gels, and other skincare preparations based on dermatological or aesthetic requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- **Formulate custom cosmetic creams** based on prescribed formulations or client/patient needs.
- **Prepare dermatological compounds**, such as anti-aging creams, pigmentation treatments, acne formulations, and moisturizing creams.
- **Ensure accurate weighing, measuring, and mixing** of active pharmaceutical and cosmetic ingredients.
- **Collaborate with dermatologists, plastic surgeons**, or skincare professionals to develop tailored skin treatments.
- **Ensure compliance** with pharmaceutical compounding standards and cosmetic regulations.
- **Maintain proper documentation** for each formulation and batch.
- **Monitor stability and shelf life** of cosmetic compounds.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month
Education
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience
- Cosmetic and skincare : 1 year (Preferred)
- Compounding Pharmacist (Cosmetic Focus): 1 year (Preferred)
Language
- Arabic or Tagalog (Preferred)
License And Certification
- DHA (Preferred)
