**Position** **Overview**
We are seeking an experienced **Clinical** **Nurse** **Specialist** **/*** SeniorNurse* to join our dynamic healthcare team.
This role is essential in providing expert clinical guidance, facilitating patient care excellence, and supporting nursing staff in delivering high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced clinical care to patients in accordance with established protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to design and implement effective patient care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Mentor and train nursing staff, providing guidance on best practices and protocols.
- Conduct patient assessments and deliver education on health management.
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, and the healthcare team to enhance communication and understanding.
- Participate in the development of policies and procedures to improve care delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s degree preferred.
- Valid nursing license in Saudi Arabia.
- 5+ years of experience in nursing, with a minimum of 2 years in a clinical nurse specialist or senior nurse role.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and advanced clinical knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
