Job Description: Clinical Nurse Specialist / Senior Nurse at Vrata Hotel Qatar
Vrata Hotel Qatar is looking for a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist / Senior Nurse to join our private healthcare team. This role is integral to providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the wellbeing of our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced nursing care to patients, assessing their needs and developing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with medical staff to implement treatment protocols and improve patient outcomes.
- Supervise junior nursing staff and provide mentorship and training as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated on best practices in nursing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; a Master’s degree or specialization is preferred.
- Valid nursing license in Qatar.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with a focus on specialty areas.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of patient care standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Salary:
- Competitive hourly rate between 70 to 120 QAR, depending on experience and qualifications.
