A new multi‑specialty healthcare facility , soon to open in a modern and vibrant community in Sharjah , is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to lead operations during its launch and growth phase. This is a key leadership role for someone who understands the Sharjah healthcare market and has hands‑on experience managing clinics within the emirate.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day clinic operations , ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
- Lead clinic setup, staffing coordination, and operational readiness for opening
- Manage front office, nursing support, scheduling, and patient flow
- Ensure compliance with Sharjah health regulations , policies, and procedures
- Monitor clinic performance, KPIs, patient experience, and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with physicians, support staff, and external vendors
- Support business growth, patient engagement, and service optimization
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Clinic Manager or Assistant Clinic Manager in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of the Sharjah healthcare market is essential
- Previous hands‑on experience working in Sharjah‑based clinics or medical centers
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience managing multi‑specialty clinic operations is an advantage
- Ability to support a new clinic setup and growth environment
