- Supervise all staff and continuously monitor their performance.
- Ensure compliance with health standards and official regulations.
- Handle patient complaints and resolve them promptly and professionally.
- Improve customer experience and maintain a high level of service quality.
- Monitor revenues and expenses and achieve financial targets.
- Oversee promotions and marketing packages to increase sales.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to strengthen the clinic’s social media presence.
- Manage inventory and ensure the availability of medical supplies and equipment.
- Prepare periodic reports on the overall performance of the clinic.
- Make strategic decisions to improve service quality and increase efficiency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
