Key responsibilities
- Develop strategic plans to expand clinic services and the patient base.
- Oversee operations, patient flow, staffing, and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze performance metrics and market trends to identify opportunities and improve services.
- Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to enhance profitability.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4–6 years managing clinical operations, business development, or growth strategy, preferably in healthcare or wellness.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and administrative processes.
- Proven client acquisition, partnership, and revenue-growth record.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a clinical or wellness environment.
- Ability to manage budgets, optimize processes, and improve service delivery.
- Established network within healthcare, corporate wellness, or community organizations.
