Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and flexible Driver to support the daily operations of our dental clinic.
The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting clinic staff, documents, dental materials, laboratory cases, supplies, and other clinic-related items while ensuring timely and efficient service.
The ideal candidate is punctual, well-organized, customer-focused, and familiar with Dubai roads and traffic regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport dental laboratory cases, documents, supplies, and clinic-related materials to and from designated locations.
- Assist with the collection and delivery of items between the clinic, dental laboratories, suppliers, and government entities.
- Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and good condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance requirements.
- Monitor fuel levels, vehicle servicing schedules, registration, and insurance validity.
- Support general clinic operations and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive attitude at all times.
- Comply with all UAE traffic laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Valid UAE Driving License.
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience in the UAE.
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
- Ability to communicate in basic English.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Flexible and willing to perform operational support duties when required.
- Clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a clinic, healthcare, or company driver.
- Familiarity with dental laboratories and healthcare-related deliveries.
- Basic administrative support experience.
