We are looking for a Treatment Coordinator for our Junior Dental who is confident, organized, and people focused.
This role is key to how patients experience our clinic.
Role Overview
You will guide patients through their full journey — from first inquiry to treatment completion.
You will explain treatment plans clearly, manage appointments, handle follow-ups, and ensure every patient feels informed and supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient communication (WhatsApp, phone, email, in person).
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, and costs in a clear and simple way.
- Support doctors during consultations when needed.
- Schedule and manage appointments using DOK32.
- Handle insurance processes (pay & claim) and patient billing.
- Send treatment quotations and follow up consistently.
- Track patient inquiries and convert leads into booked consultations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and updates in the system.
- Handle patient concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly.
- Coordinate with clinical and admin teams for smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills — clear, confident, and patient-focused.
- Friendly, presentable, and comfortable speaking with different personalities.
- Experience in dental, orthodontic, or healthcare settings.
- Knowledge of insurance processes is required.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable using systems (DOK32 experience is a plus).
- Invisalign or orthodontic experience is an advantage.
- Background in customer service or patient care is preferred.
- European preferred.
