What You’ll Do
- As a Client Success Manager, you’ll work closely with our Client Partners, delivery teams and specialists across DXC. Your focus will be on six key areas:
- Build trusted client relationships with key stakeholders and become a valued point of contact within the account.
- Understand the client’s agenda, developing a strong understanding of their operational priorities, challenges, technology landscape and future transformation plans.
- Own the client experience, ensuring we deliver against our commitments while proactively addressing issues, risks and opportunities.
- Support strong commercial performance, working with Client Partners and delivery teams across forecasting, governance, account performance and growth.
- Identify and develop growth opportunities, using a consultative approach to translate policing challenges into opportunities and develop initial engagements into broader, longer-term relationships.
- Bring the best of DXC to the client, connecting capabilities across Consulting, Applications, Data, AI, Digital Engineering and Enterprise Platforms to help solve challenges, create value and support future transformation.
- What We’re Looking For
- You may already be working in Client Success, Account Management, Consulting, Business Development, Service Delivery or another client-facing technology role within the policing sector and be ready for greater exposure, accountability and commercial responsibility.
- You’ll ideally bring:
- Proven experience working with policing organisations and a strong understanding of the policing environment.
- Experience within technology, IT services, consulting, digital transformation or professional services.
- A good understanding of the operational complexities, priorities and challenges facing policing clients.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder-management skills.
- Confidence building credibility and developing relationships with senior policing stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding, or desire to further develop your understanding, of account growth, forecasting and commercial performance.
- The confidence to identify opportunities and have commercially focused conversations with clients.
- Experience or exposure to areas such as Applications, Data, AI, Digital Engineering or Enterprise Platforms.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to bring different teams and capabilities together around a client need.
- Curiosity, initiative and the confidence to challenge established thinking.
- Resilience and adaptability when navigating complex client situations.
- Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who can combine a strong understanding of policing with a client-focused mindset and growing commercial ambition.
- You’ll already have built solid foundations within the policing sector. What this opportunity can give you is greater exposure, increased accountability and the opportunity to take on broader client and commercial responsibility within an important and complex client relationship.
- Why DXC?

- As your experience and confidence grow, so can your responsibility.
- For someone ambitious and keen to progress, this provides a strong platform to develop towards larger strategic client relationships, broader commercial responsibility and future leadership opportunities within DXC.
- If you understand the policing sector, are relationship-driven, commercially curious and ready for greater exposure, accountability and responsibility, we’d love to hear from you.
