We're looking for a brilliant technologist, an excellent communicator, and a strategic partner—to be the technical heart of our AI Go-To-Market team. You will be the spark that ignites our customers' imagination, bridging the gap between the art of the possible and transformative, real-world solutions.

What You'll Achieve:

  • Architect the Future State: Act as the trusted technical advisor to our most strategic clients, architecting end-to-end AI solutions and shaping their long-term technology roadmap.
  • Inspire Action: Translate deep technical concepts into compelling business value, delivering jaw-dropping presentations and demos to audiences ranging from engineers to CXOs.
  • Build and Unblock: Lead and build rapid, hands-on Proofs-of-Concept (especially on Google Cloud) that solve critical problems and dismantle technical blockers, paving the way for large-scale adoption.
  • Drive the Win: Own the entire technical sales cycle—from discovery and qualification to overcoming objections and securing the "technical win" for high-value enterprise deals.
  • Shape Our Strategy: Act as the voice of the customer and the market, channelling your insights to directly influence the evolution of our products, services, and company strategy. Build team strategy with including sales planning

What You'll Bring:

  • Applied AI Mastery: Deep, demonstrable, hands-on expertise in building and deploying modern AI solutions, with a strong focus on Generative AI (RAG, Agents, LLMs) and Computer Vision.
  • Data Strategy & Enablement Expertise in defining data strategies that align with business goals—spanning data ingestion, modelling, governance, and consumption—enabling organizations to scale analytics and AI with confidence.
  • Cloud & Systems Fluency: Expertise of cloud architecture, with a proven track record of designing scalable, production-grade systems (strong Google Cloud experience is a significant advantage).
  • Consultative Mindset: A natural ability to listen, challenge, and guide customers towards solutions they didn't know were possible.
  • Effortless Communication: You are a storyteller who can command a room, build instant credibility, and articulate complex ideas with powerful simplicity.
  • Proven GTM Experience: A significant track record of success in a senior, customer-facing technical role such as a Solutions Architect, Principal Sales Engineer, or Technical Evangelist.
  • Be a Force Multiplier: Mentor and elevate our exceptional team of young AI talent, fostering a culture of curiosity and collaboration by being a leader who actively listens, learns, and guides.

Additional Skills required:

You would be involved in the development of new business opportunities and value-added services which requires a high level of creativity, learning potential and deep quantitative subject matter expertise and therefore self-driven individuals willing to learn on the go would be preferred.

  • Knowledge and willingness to learn and apply emerging trends in business research, data science, Machine learning Artificial Intelligence, Cloud
  • Strong exposure of cloud technologies like GCP, AWS, Azure etc
  • Excellent communication, articulation, abstraction, analytical and presentation skills
  • Executive demeanor and experience working with senior client executives
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic and time sensitive work environment
  • Excellent aptitude in business analysis and awareness of quantitative analysis techniques
  • Self-driven and strong aptitude to work in an entrepreneurial , fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and a passion for developing new value-added AI based solutions for clients across a variety of industries
