Client Services and Banking Executive

As a Client Services and Banking Executive, you will be responsible for handling the VAS KPI reports and monitoring them on a daily basis. You will coordinate invoices with b2b vendors and handle telesales for our multi-products and services.

In this role, you will:

• Call and follow up on the evaluation leads assigned by call centre within defined TAT
• Follow up and track our payments for approved evaluations
• Listen to customers questions and concerns and provide accurate answers/responses
• Enter data in system and process maximum number of evaluations with 100 % accuracy
• Keep record of rejected evaluations and inform manager on weekly basis
• Cross check the evaluations processed and approve the report after verifying the price
• Check the eligibility of the customer and source the loan application
• Maintain MIS and create reports for Finance deals

Requirements

• A minimum of secondary education
• Minimum of 2-3 years automotive / banking /sales support experience in the UAE
• Past experience using CRM software;
• Detail oriented
• Strong Automotive market knowledge;
• Strong customer service attitude, work ethic, and a drive for success;
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Must possess excellent data entry skills
• Professional demeanour and telephone etiquette
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
• Ambitious, positive and committed attitude
