Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Executive to manage and grow client relationships within the events and exhibitions industry.
The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless project execution from concept to delivery.
This role requires strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
- Manage end-to-end client accounts, including brief intake, proposal development, budgeting, execution, and post-event evaluation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with creative, production, and operations teams to deliver high-quality events and exhibition stands.
- Understand client needs and translate them into actionable plans and innovative event solutions.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Handle client feedback professionally and resolve any issues proactively.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in events and exhibitions.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in client servicing within the events, exhibitions, or experiential marketing industry.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale events or exhibition projects.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the UAE or GCC market.
- Knowledge of exhibition & events production processes.
- Established network within the events and exhibitions industry.
