Manage an assigned portfolio of clients, brokers, and salespersons across real estate projects.
Focus on ongoing communication, relationship management, payment follow-ups, and collections.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for assigned clients, brokers, and salespersons.
- Follow up on outstanding and upcoming payments, including payment plan milestones.
- Communicate contract status, payment schedules, and general information to clients.
- Work with brokers and sales agents to resolve concerns and confirm payment commitments.
- Coordinate payment recording and reconciliation with the Account Verification Team.
- Escalate at-risk, delayed, or overdue accounts to the Client Success Manager.
- Maintain current records of interactions, commitments, and follow-ups.
Experience and qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in customer service, client relationship management, collections, or a related field.
- UAE real estate experience, especially off-plan sales and payment plans, is strongly preferred.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Payment follow-up, debt collection, or accounts receivable experience is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and basic reporting tools.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills; able to coordinate across clients, brokers, and internal sales teams.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to independently manage a large account portfolio.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
