Responsibilities
- Guide long-term vision and set priorities across business lines.
- Ensure alignment with sustainability and climate impact objectives.
- Review performance reports and evaluate new market opportunities.
- Engage with key stakeholders and investors, and support leadership teams in decision-making.
- Oversee governance standards, risk management practices, and high-level financial and operational objectives.
- Foster innovation, integrity, and environmental responsibility.
Qualifications
- Strong strategic leadership, business planning, and decision-making skills.
- Skills in stakeholder management, investor relations, and partnership development.
- Knowledge of environmental sustainability, waste management, and climate impact sectors.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, investments, and risk management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience leading or owning businesses in infrastructure, sustainability, or related industries is beneficial.
- Exposure to impact investing, ESG frameworks, or large-scale project management is advantageous.
- An advanced degree in business, environmental management, finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
