Client Relationship Manager / Client Support / Junior Account Executive

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for sponsors and collaborators and respond to inquiries through email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings.
• Coordinate sponsor deliverables, track commitments, and prepare basic reports.
• Help organize logistics for monthly live sessions and annual awards-related activities.
• Assist with onboarding sponsors or partners and maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve partner satisfaction and engagement.
• Provide light administrative and project coordination support as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship and support skills, including responsiveness, empathy, and professionalism.
• Experience with basic account management or junior account executive tasks, such as tracking deliverables, updating records, and supporting partner retention.
• Comfort with video conferencing, shared documents, CRM or contact databases, and basic reporting or tracking systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; ability to adapt messaging to different stakeholders.
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, follow-through, and reliability.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a small team across remote and in-person settings.
• Experience in healthcare, education, nonprofit, or professional communities is beneficial, particularly pediatrics or allied health.
• Relevant education or training in business, communications, healthcare administration, or a related field is advantageous; equivalent practical experience is valued.
