We are seeking a professional Client Relations & Administrative Assistant to support our team with client meetings, business coordination, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Attend meetings with clients and business partners.
Coordinate appointments, schedules, and follow-up communications.
Assist with presentations, reports, and correspondence.
Provide administrative and operational support to management.
Maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor.
Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
Ability to represent the company professionally during meetings and events.
Previous experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, or client relations is preferred.
