Client Offers Services Assistant

Assist senior client advisors in handling daily communication with clients and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.

Support the identification of sales opportunities and contribute ideas that may help improve revenue growth.

Help coordinate advertising campaigns and monitor activities to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

Track client performance and prepare simple reports showing campaign progress, results, and key updates.

Understand client requirements and ensure requests are handled accurately and within the expected timeline.

Work closely with internal departments such as product, support, and integration teams to provide reliable service to clients.

Contribute to improving internal processes and support the achievement of team goals and operational targets.

Maintain organized records of client activities, campaign updates, and ongoing communications for internal tracking.

Follow up on assigned tasks regularly to ensure timely completion and high levels of client satisfaction.

Assist in preparing presentations, updates, or supporting materials when required by the team.

Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Positive attitude with a proactive, responsible, and professional approach to work.

Good attention to detail along with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Basic to good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Willingness to learn quickly, adapt to new tasks, and work effectively in a fast paced environment.

Ability to work well within a team while managing responsibilities independently when needed.
