Client Liaison

We are currently expanding our team in New York with two remote Client Liaison positions on a 40-hour-per-week, at-will employment basis with a 1-month probation period.

Proven experience in customer service, client management, or a related role within construction or a similar project-based industry

Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective daily coordination with diverse stakeholders

Ability to manage multiple client inquiries and project timelines simultaneously with attention to detail

In your first months, you will have taken on active client portfolios, learned our internal communication workflows, and established direct touchpoints with our active construction projects. You will quickly become familiar with our project management cadence and begin shipping reliable, clear updates to the clients who trust us with their developments.
