- Required

- Willingness to follow safety rules and wear required PPE at all times
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work as part of a crew
- Basic familiarity with common hand tools, or a strong willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation to assigned jobsites
- Preferred
- 1+ year of experience on a commercial or residential construction site
- OSHA 10 certification (CMC can help you obtain it)
