- What are we expecting from you?
- Act as the UAE liaison for Client Experience & Treatment, ensuring consistent deployment of regional strategies and Maison standards.
- Coordinate and execute client experience and omnichannel initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Drive client engagement through tailored treatment actions, VIP experiences, and local partnerships.
- Oversee gifting programs and client tools, ensuring effective targeting, distribution, and tracking.
- Monitor budgets and operations, including expense tracking, purchase orders, and process coordination.
