Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
- Follow up on client needs and provide appropriate support.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure service quality.
- Prepare periodic reports on client relations and business opportunities.
- Support client acquisition and business development efforts.
- Monitor client satisfaction and handle feedback professionally.
- Arrange meetings and client visits.
- Support marketing and business development initiatives.
- Maintain and update client databases.
- Represent the firm professionally with clients and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum two years of experience.
- Previous experience dealing within law firms is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English.
- Saudi nationals are preferred.
