In this role, you will be working with clients and prospects in our Middle East region, collaborating with the USA based technical teams to position our products and services competitively with a focus on technical requirements, implementation and deployment planning to achieve solution value.
Focus is on advancing our products and services in new and existing clients to achieve business goals.
This includes documentation gaps and solving technical obstacles or inhibitors to deliver competitive value.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with US and global development teams to architect and develop solutions to meet Middle East client s business and technical expectations. Acting as a liaison between local teams and Application Engineering and Core Development teams located in the USA and globally.
- Identify, track, and communicate gaps in the product portfolio and delivery requirements to product development teams necessary to satisfy local market requirements. This includes coordinating and working together with global product, implementation and engineering teams throughout the product life cycle to articulate customer requirements; creating delivery materials and training on existing and emerging solutions and providing deep technical product knowledge support to internal and external stakeholders; supporting marketing in the development of customer case studies and technical white papers.
- Create compelling commercial and technical documentation that illustrates the Solventum value proposition and competitive advantage specific to Middle East solutions and client needs. Documentation will outline the proposed solution and business benefits to the customer, the technical integration, deployment and sustainment needs of the solution including the project implementation plan. Working with the local teams to completing client reviews related to AI, Security, and project intake to support sales or client relationship needs for the middle east region.
- Partner with the local Middle East team resources to transition leads into a fully developed opportunity, including creating detailed Statements of Work and other sales materials that become part of the contractual agreement with the end customer. SOWs and materials to be appropriate for the Middle East Region. Supporting Sales team to meet sales objectives for Solventum Health Information System solutions in the Middle East Region.
- Designing, implementing, and managing deployments that meet local client regulations and requirements. This includes designing multitier architectures, implementation procedures, managing implementation of the solution, and providing engineering and technical support for these deployments for the lifecycle of the solution.
- Supporting and managing the presales and RFP processes including writing and compiling commercial responses and coordination of RFP activities and response documents together with the local team members. Engaging with the customer by creating and delivering product demonstrations, including product overviews and customer evaluations.
Your Skills And Expertise
- To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires the following qualifications:
- 5+ years experience designing and delivering enterprise solutions in hyperconverged, virtual, and cloud environments integrating data center technologies, management and security software and ensuring application performance SLAs are exceeded.
- Ability to interpret technical needs and communicate same to clients and internal resources of various technical skill levels.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and to prioritize completion in a fast-paced environment. Responds strongly and positively to challenging work and deadlines.
- Customer oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor s Degree or higher with relevant experience in the healthcare software industry working in delivery or support roles.
- Experience supporting clinical or revenue cycle solutions in a private, public, government or military environment.
- Must have a functional and working understanding of health care interoperability and data flow including technologies such as HL-7 v2.x, FHIR, OAuth, etc.
- Critical thinking, problem solving, excellent interpersonal skills, organized and accountability. Exceptional client relationship skills with ability to find creative solutions and manage difficult situations with diplomacy.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, presentation skills, training skills, and critical thinking skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and to prioritize completion in a fast-paced environment
Travel
May include up to 50% Global and Domestic travel (to include travel to the US and globally for alignment with local teams and to support key opportunities, as approved).
