Role overview

The Client Advisor delivers outstanding customer service and fosters strong customer relationships.

The role represents the brand, understands client needs, shares product knowledge, and supports a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve customers and provide an excellent in-store experience.
  • Monitor personal sales targets and KPIs and support department and store goals.
  • Engage clients, suggest additional or alternative products, and maximize sales.
  • Build and maintain client relationships and improve retention using CEM tools.
  • Participate in internal and external training.
  • Maintain shop-floor and visual-display standards and follow operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Stay current on fashion trends, competitors, brand and product knowledge.
  • Cross-sell across departments and achieve individual targets.

Requirements

  • Be enthusiastic and approachable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a positive attitude, self-drive, and a focus on goals.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred.
