The Visa Services is hiring a Sales Executive responsible for customer acquisition and client relationships.
The job is full-time and located in JLT, Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Research and target potential customers, businesses, and industries to expand the customer base.
- Build rapport with existing clients and nurture long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate client terms and close profitable sales agreements.
- Meet sales goals, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies to address challenges.
- Coordinate with marketing, product development, and customer support on onboarding, product improvements, and after-sales service.
- Address client inquiries and issues to support customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Russian language ability and excellent English communication skills.
- Previous experience in sales, contact center, or customer support.
- Interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and government officials.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Compensation and benefits
- Basic salary of 6,000–7,000 AED, plus monthly incentives of up to 20,000 AED.
