- We’re looking for a client account manager to:
- manage daily business in client servicing and provide high quality service with focus on integration
- be the point of entry for processing client orders, e.g. stock orders, foreign exchange, loans and deposits
- perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes; e.g. account opening and closing, suitability reviews, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence
- research, follow-up and resolve client inquiries and problems through effective interaction with clients, and internal partners in a timely and professional manner
- support client advisors in delivering exceptional client services and with administrative legal and compliance related tasks and duties
- mitigate risks and raise red flags and concerns

- Your team
- You will be working in the Client Service Team based in the Advisory Office Dubai, a multicultural and dynamic team.
- The CST Dubai supports client advisors across three main markets: Arabian Gulf, Saudi Arabia and NRI/NRP.
- You'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services and become a trusted client account manager for the wealthiest families.
- Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.
- Your expertise
- wealth management experience, ideally within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry ideally with exposure to the NRI market, previously CAM experience will be an added advantage
- banking apprenticeship or equivalent financial qualifications, combined ideally with knowledge of DIFC regulations
- effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others
- interest in financial markets and in dealing with institutional-like clients
- sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results
- confident, motivated and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- excellent skills in English and Arabic
