Cleaning Team Leader – Job Description
Experienced Cleaning Team Leader responsible for supervising cleaning staff, assigning daily tasks, and ensuring all cleaning activities are completed efficiently and to high hygiene standards. Oversees housekeeping operations, monitors staff performance, maintains cleaning schedules, and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations. Capable of handling team coordination, client communication, inventory monitoring, and maintaining cleanliness across commercial, residential, or industrial facilities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cleaning or housekeeping supervision
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage teams and work under pressure
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
- Salary negotiable based on experience and skills
Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED1,700.00 per month
Work Location: In person
