Job Overview

Baruch Trading & Contracting Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Cleaning Team Leader / Supervisor to manage and supervise cleaning operations for one of our clients in Qatar. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities to ensure quality service delivery.
• Lead and monitor cleaning staff to maintain efficiency, discipline, and productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Prepare daily manpower schedules and allocate tasks effectively.
• Deliver toolbox talks, guidance, and on-site training to cleaning staff.
• Monitor and control usage of cleaning chemicals, materials, consumables, and equipment.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning tools and supplies.
• Report operational issues and coordinate with management for smooth workflow.
• Handle client concerns and support corrective actions when required.
• Maintain attendance records, staff performance monitoring, and daily reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor / Team Leader in cleaning, housekeeping, or facility management services.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, equipment, and hygiene standards.
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage manpower, schedules, and operational requirements efficiently.
• Experience in training and motivating cleaning staff.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic English communication skills required.

Preferred Candidates

• Local Qatar candidates only
• Candidates with GCC/Qatar experience preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.
