The description identifies the position as Housekeeping Supervisor.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff assignments; monitor attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Inspect cleanliness and service standards, and train, guide, and support staff.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Resolve customer concerns and service issues; prepare attendance, deployment, and operational reports.
- Ensure policy, procedure, health, and safety compliance and coordinate with management on daily operations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping, facilities management, hospitality, or cleaning services.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–3,500 per month.
