Housekeeping Supervisor role based in Dubai, UAE.
Responsible for cleanliness, service quality, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff assignments; monitor attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Inspect cleanliness and service standards; train, guide, and support housekeeping staff.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies; resolve customer concerns and service issues.
- Prepare attendance, deployment, and operational reports; ensure policy, procedure, and health and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with management to support smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping, facilities management, hospitality, or cleaning services.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay is AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
