Role overview
Supervise the cleaning team and ensure cleaning and facade-cleaning work is safe, efficient, and meets company standards.
Coordinate cleaners and laborers at client locations and monitor timely project completion and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff, assign site tasks, monitor quality, and oversee facade and glass cleaning.
- Ensure proper equipment use and compliance with health and safety procedures, including work-at-height safety.
- Inspect sites, communicate with clients, monitor staff attendance and performance, and prepare schedules and reports.
- Coordinate transport and manpower, check supplies and equipment, and train new employees.
- Ensure uniforms and PPE are used and perform other management-assigned duties.
Requirements
- Hindi and Tamil are required.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety practices; basic computer skills for reports and schedules.
- Ability to supervise and motivate teams, communicate well, visit sites, and manage multiple sites under pressure.
- Previous supervisory experience, UAE experience, cleaning specialization, and a UAE driving license are preferred or advantageous as specified.
Pay and benefits
- Pay starts at AED 2,000 per month.
