Overview
- Oversee and organize the implementation of waste collection and transportation operations from vital areas such as green spaces located within highway and external road corridors, ensuring compliance with environmental and health standards to maintain the cleanliness and aesthetics of these areas.
- Supervise effective coordination with relevant entities to ensure the availability of the necessary vehicles and equipment to carry out cleaning operations efficiently.
- Monitor the implementation of scheduled plans and ensure prompt response to requests for the removal of bulky waste from residential units.
- Oversee the performance of cleaning companies contracted by the municipality in public health facilities and ensure their compliance with health and safety standards during cleaning operations. Ensure the application of occupational health and safety standards, guide teams to improve efficiency, and deliver high-quality services to the community.
- Documenting performance through periodic reports, analyzing operations to ensure continuous quality improvement, providing recommendations to enhance service levels, and achieving customer satisfaction.
