Role overview
Lead cleaning and sanitization teams at sites and ensure services meet company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise teams, assign daily tasks, and monitor staff performance and attendance.
- Inspect work and ensure cleaning quality and hygiene requirements are met.
- Monitor cleaning equipment, materials, and supplies.
- Ensure proper PPE use and compliance with safety procedures.
- Prepare daily reports and communicate operational issues to management.
Required qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in cleaning, housekeeping, facility management, or a related field.
- Good communication and leadership skills; ability to supervise a team and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals.
- Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
- English communication skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous team leader or supervisory experience preferred.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Pay
- QAR 2,000–2,500 per month.
