The company is hiring an Odoo ERP Functional & IT Support Officer for its team in Doha, Qatar.

Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Qatar.
- Fluent English.
Odoo ERP functional support
- Serve as the first contact for Odoo ERP functional issues and user-support requests.
- Troubleshoot Inventory, Purchase, POS, Manufacturing, Sales, and other Odoo modules.
- Maintain product master data, units of measure, and multi-unit configurations.
- Investigate and correct purchase receipts, stock transfers, inventory movements, and other operational transactions.
- Investigate inventory valuation and average-cost discrepancies; coordinate authorized corrections with Finance.
- Monitor stock transfers, reservations, and unconfirmed branch receipts; follow up with responsible users.
- Prepare, validate, and upload stock-count files to support reconciliation and approved adjustments.
- Review transactions for data-entry errors, inconsistencies, and incomplete workflows.
- Support and train ERP users across branches and departments, including onboarding and refresher sessions.
- Test Odoo features, enhancements, and customizations; generate and export operational reports.
General IT and POS support
- Troubleshoot POS terminals, receipt and kitchen printers, barcode scanners, and related peripherals.
- Assist with basic computer, printer, internet, and network-connectivity issues.
- Provide remote and on-site IT support to branches when required.
Employment and pay
- Job type is full-time.
- Pay is QAR 3,000–5,000 per month.
