Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• 8–9 hours per day
• 6 days per week
• Site-based with travel between locations
• On-call availability for urgent operational needs

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple sites
• Manage and supervise cleaning teams and supervisors
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and service delivery
• Develop cleaning schedules and workforce planning
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
• Handle client communication and service feedback
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
• Monitor budgets, costs, and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
