Work Schedule
- Full-time position
- 8–9 hours per day
- 6 days per week
- Site-based with travel between locations
- On-call availability for urgent operational needs
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple sites
- Manage and supervise cleaning teams and supervisors
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and service delivery
- Develop cleaning schedules and workforce planning
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
- Handle client communication and service feedback
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Monitor budgets, costs, and operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
