Qualifications
- Must be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team.
- Requires attention to detail, a pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance.
- Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
- Experience with auto scrubbers an asset.
- Dependable and have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations as outlined by the Company.
- Sweep/dry mop, and wash/buff floors and stairwells utilizing manual and power scrubbing equipment as applicable.
- Vacuum carpets in offices and common areas. Spot clean daily and shampoo rugs when directed in assigned buildings.
- Empty garbage and recycling containers, replace liners, and transport garbage/recycling to collection points
- Ensure washrooms and kitchens/kitchenettes are fully cleaned including: clean/disinfect and polish fixtures and appliances, door handles, walls, mirrors, countertops, partitions, waste receptacles and floors.
- Replenish supply of consumables such as: toilet paper, hand towels, soap, sanitizer, etc.
- Spot clean walls, doors, kick plates, etc. removing marks and smudges from vertical surfaces.
- Clean elevator(s) as applicable.
- High dusting and wall washing.
- Additional duties as required.
