- Maintains a clean kitchen and keeps dish area organized and free of clutter.
- Sets up dish stations, including dishwashing machines and sinks.
- Maintains clean, dry floors throughout the shift.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness in all areas, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Dispose of trash, recycling, and food waste properly and regularly
- Tasks will include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning.
- Report any equipment malfunction, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Handle cleaning chemicals responsibly and store them according to safety standards
- Ensure that all assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies
- Assist kitchen and service staff with general support tasks when needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning, ideally in an F&B or hospitality environment
- Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices
- Physically fit
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
- Punctual, dependable, and capable of working independently
Experience
- Cleaner / Kicthen Helper: 2 years (Preferred)
