Cleaner / Kitchen Helper

About This Role

Job Descriptions:

• Maintains a clean kitchen and keeps dish area organized and free of clutter.
• Sets up dish stations, including dishwashing machines and sinks.
• Maintains clean, dry floors throughout the shift.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness in all areas, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Dispose of trash, recycling, and food waste properly and regularly
• Tasks will include dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning.
• Report any equipment malfunction, maintenance issues, or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Handle cleaning chemicals responsibly and store them according to safety standards
• Ensure that all assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies
• Assist kitchen and service staff with general support tasks when needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning, ideally in an F&B or hospitality environment
• Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices
• Physically fit
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
• Punctual, dependable, and capable of working independently

Experience:

• Cleaner / Kicthen Helper: 2 years (Preferred)
