Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties at assigned properties and locations.
- Clean and prepare vacant units to ensure they are ready for new tenants.
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections of residential units.
- Check and document the condition of units, fixtures, appliances, and furnishings during inspections.
- Report damages, maintenance issues, or discrepancies identified during inspections.
- Take photos and prepare basic inspection reports when required.
- Drive a company motorbike to visit properties, transport cleaning supplies, documents, or other materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the company motorbike.
- Follow assigned schedules and complete tasks efficiently and professionally.
- Adhere to company policies and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Valid UAE motorcycle driving license.
- Previous experience in cleaning, property inspection, facilities management, or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
- Pay: AED3,500.00 per month
