Role overview

Experience and qualifications

• At least 7 years of software development and enterprise application delivery experience.
• At least 3 years as a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or Solution Lead.
• At least 2 years implementing CRM, case-management, or business-process solutions with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and delivering in complex enterprise environments; public-sector experience is advantageous.
• Experience with end-to-end permit lifecycle management is required.

Platforms and technical skills

• Hands-on Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse experience.
• Azure experience includes Functions, App Services, API Management, Logic Apps, Storage, and Key Vault.
• Required development skills include Java, .NET/C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL Server, REST APIs, and web services.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD, source control, automated deployments, Visual Studio, and enterprise integration technologies.
• Dataverse expertise includes data modeling, security, business rules, and data integration; MuleSoft is listed among the demonstrated platform skills.

Leadership and architecture

• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, code reviews, and development standards for technical teams.
• Architect secure, scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions using out-of-the-box features and custom development.
• Create contextual, conceptual, logical, and physical designs, and define roadmaps, integration patterns, and deployment strategies.

Development and delivery

• Translate business requirements into technical designs, sprint plans, and work breakdown structures within Agile/Scrum delivery.
• Build Power Platform applications, workflows, connectors, plugins, APIs, and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Lead workstreams and coordinate developers, testers, business SMEs, and project teams; support releases, troubleshooting, and production operations.

Cloud, quality, and improvement

• Develop Azure cloud solutions and integrations, ensuring scalability, performance, maintainability, and security.
• Lead CI/CD, automated testing and deployment, environment management, and large-scale solution deployments.
• Use Copilot, generative AI, agents, and LLMs to improve productivity, solution design, development, and testing.
• Promote continuous learning, innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
