Role overview

What you'll do

• Obtain and review medical, financial, investigative, and rehabilitation reports to support accurate claim assessment.
• Meet legislative compliance timeframes and conduct ongoing reviews of claim reports.
• Develop and implement strategies to resolve claims efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Facilitate early access to appropriate rehabilitation services to support injured workers' recovery.
• Provide timely, efficient customer service to legislative authorities, employers, and injured workers.

What you'll bring

• Previous Workers Compensation or personal injury claims experience, with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Ability to demonstrate compassion and empathy when supporting customers through challenging circumstances.
• Allied Health experience is highly regarded.
• Strong verbal communication skills, including listening, building rapport, explaining complex information, and negotiating with varied stakeholders.
• Excellent administrative and written communication skills, with the ability to manage all aspects of a claim within legislative requirements.
• Strong commitment to customer outcomes and a high degree of integrity.
