Role overview

What you'll do

• Obtain and review medical, financial, investigative, and rehabilitation reports to support accurate claim assessment.
• Meet legislative compliance timeframes and conduct ongoing reviews of claim reports.
• Develop and implement strategies to resolve claims efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Facilitate early access to appropriate rehabilitation services for injured workers.
• Provide timely and effective service to legislative authorities, employers, and injured workers through claim management and responses.

What you'll bring

• Previous workers compensation or personal injury claims experience, with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Compassion and empathy when supporting customers through challenging circumstances.
• Strong verbal communication, listening, rapport-building, and negotiation skills with varied stakeholders.
• Excellent administrative and written communication skills, with the ability to manage claims within legislative requirements.
• Strong commitment to customer outcomes and integrity.
• Allied Health experience is highly regarded.
