Responsibilities
- Our newest opportunity is for a talented
- Civil/Structural Engineer with a strong background in villas construction supervision
- to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- We envisage success in this role to include:
- Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure that project expectations and contractual requirements are consistently met.
- Oversee the delivery of Design and Construction Management services throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Lead and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Manage the development and maintenance of comprehensive project schedules, covering procurement, planning, design, and construction phases.
- Conduct detailed structural calculations, simulations, and peer reviews to validate design integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration and coordination of structural systems.
- Support construction teams by reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs, and addressing design-related challenges during execution.
- Participate in cost estimation and value engineering exercises, identifying cost-effective solutions while upholding structural safety and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to present design solutions, manage expectations, and address any project-related concerns.
Qualifications
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 12+ years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
Proven hands-on experience in large-scale villas projects within the UAE is a key requirement.
