Civil Site Supervisor

Role Overview

Required Qualifications

• A Diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of relevant civil construction or site supervision experience is required.
• Pipeline and railway project experience is mandatory or preferred depending on project requirements.
• Applicants should understand civil construction practices, site procedures, drawings, measurements, quantity calculations, and documentation.
• Good coordination and communication skills are required.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
• Coordinate pipeline and railway-related civil works.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, quality, progress, and site requirements.
• Conduct measurements and maintain records and daily progress reports.
• Oversee excavation, earthwork, concrete, drainage, foundation, trenching, laying, and backfilling activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Support the Project Engineer or Site Engineer in meeting project targets and deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Pipeline construction and railway or infrastructure project experience.
• Knowledge of excavation, trenching, concrete, earthwork, drainage, and related civil works.
• Knowledge of site safety practices and basic computer documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet project deadlines.

Compensation

• Pay is ₹20,000 to ₹55,000 per month.
• The employer describes the salary as competitive based on experience and qualifications.

Work Location

• Work location is in person at project sites.
