Seeking an experienced Site & Technical Civil Engineer for a contracting company.
The role supervises site work, provides technical support, and coordinates project activities to support quality delivery within time and budget constraints.
Responsibilities
- Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Review and coordinate design drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
- Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Use Revit for technical design coordination and 3D modeling.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Prepare progress reports, site logs, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi construction codes, standards, and regulations.
- Resolve construction challenges and site issues with technical solutions.
- Support project managers with planning, resource allocation, and cost control.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Requires 2–5 years of site supervision and technical engineering experience.
- Prior Saudi Arabia project experience and awareness of local standards and regulations are required.
- Requires proficiency in Revit and strong knowledge of Primavera P6.
- Requires knowledge of civil engineering design, construction methods, project management, and technical reporting.
- Requires communication, coordination, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Valid transferable Iqama, if applicable.
