Civil Resident Engineer

to join our Engineering Consultancy team in

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
  • **10-15 years of total experience**
  • .
  • **Mandatory prior experience with an Engineering Consultancy company in Dubai**
  • .
  • Strong knowledge of
  • Dubai local authority regulations
  • (DM, RTA, Trakhees, etc., as applicable).
  • Strong knowledge in contract administration.
  • Proven experience in
  • site supervision
  • , coordination with Contractors, and Clients.
  • Ability to ensure works are executed in accordance with
  • approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines
  • .
  • Strong reporting, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Dubai Municipality (DM) Unlimited certification/accreditation.
